Extremely overpriced for what you get!!! Appliances need urgent maintenance, lacked fresh and clean spaces, and the lingering odors made it uncomfortable at times!!! It's frustrating when management overlooks guest complaints.

I appreciated the exceptionally comfortable hotel.
Everything was very good, with very very helpful and knowledgeable staff, met the criteria. There was variety of fabulous meals. The total experience was fine, I can recommend.

Cental Plaza Port Douglas was really centrally located with easy walking distances to restaurants, shops and the beach. The rooms were clean and roomy with excelent facilities both inside the room and at the resort.

Location: the hotel was just next door to Close to shops, Close enough to walk into Port Douglas, and Port Douglas and tours. Local fast food option The Pizza Shop was 5 minutes walk away...

I was almost ready to rave about my stay, but the apartment was stuffy, with non-functioning fans. Then there were the dirty underpants under the curtains, how good. Not to mention, i expected a room upgrade, but apparently i woudl ve been treated like everyone else here. Simply unacceptable for such a price!

Located in the amazing zone, it was an enjoyable base for shopping. The location of the hotel was good and absolutely perfect - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Dicksons Inlet. Had supper in a beach restaurant.

The apartment was just what we needed, with spacious
Rooms that comfortably accommodated our family. The large outside BBQ area added to our experience, and the friendly management. Although the cleaning could have been more thorough, especially on the floors, it didn't greatly detract from our enjoyable stay.

I loved how spacious the Three-Bedroom Apartment with Spa Bath felt, perfectly accommodating my family. The pool area was an absolute highlight, especially with the jacuzzi for extra relaxation! Plus, the easy access to shops.

We choose the venue due to its location near the centre of town and ease of walking to the beach as we were staying with friends who young children. The price of a 3 b'room unit was affordable. The rooms was clean bright airy and well appointed. The pool area, especially with the BBQ facilities, was highly appreciated.
For a 6 person unit the hot water system ran out extremely quickly, maybe the system just needs to be looked at.
